Cookie Policy

Get ResQ Ltd., Get ResQ US Ltd. and their subsidiaries  |  Effective date: July 28, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Get ResQ Ltd., Get ResQ US Ltd., and any of their subsidiaries (collectively, "ResQ," "ResQ AI," "we," "us," or "our") use cookies and similar technologies on resqai.com and other websites that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. We may also use pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, call-attribution tools, and similar technologies. These technologies can recognize a browser or device, remember choices, support site functions, measure activity, attribute leads, and help deliver or measure advertising.

Some technologies are set directly by ResQ ("first-party"), while others are provided by vendors such as analytics, advertising, scheduling, video, chat, or call-tracking providers ("third-party").

2. Why We Use These Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site; remember preferences; understand how people use the Site; diagnose errors; measure marketing and conversions; attribute leads and calls; prevent fraud; personalize experiences; and deliver or measure advertising, subject to applicable law and your choices.

3. Cookie Categories

We group cookies and similar technologies into four categories. These are the same four categories used in our consent banner and in the cookie declaration table in Section 4, so that what you see in the table matches what you consent to in the banner.

Necessary (also described as strictly necessary). These technologies are required for core functions such as security, network management, consent records, form delivery, load balancing, and account authentication. Because the Site cannot operate properly without them, they generally cannot be disabled through our preference center.

Preferences (also described as functional). These technologies remember choices and support enhanced features, such as language, region, scheduling, video, chat, or saved preferences. Disabling them may affect functionality.

Statistics (also described as analytics). These technologies help us understand visits and interactions, measure performance, diagnose issues, and improve the Site. Depending on configuration, providers may receive device, browser, approximate location, page-view, interaction, campaign, and identifier information.

Marketing (also described as advertising or targeting). These technologies help measure campaigns, attribute leads, limit or personalize ads, build audiences, and understand activity across sites or services. Depending on the technology and applicable law, their use may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.

4. Technologies and Providers We May Use

Depending on the Site's production configuration, providers may include Cookiebot (Usercentrics) for consent management; Google for analytics, advertising, conversion measurement, remarketing, Consent Mode, and enhanced conversions; Meta for advertising and conversion measurement; LinkedIn, Reddit, and Microsoft for advertising or campaign measurement; and vendors used for website hosting, scheduling, video, chat, forms, customer relationship management, call tracking, and product analytics.

The authoritative list of cookies and similar technologies, including provider, purpose, category, and duration, appears in the Cookiebot cookie declaration below. The declaration is generated automatically from recurring scans of the Site, is updated as those scans complete, and also shows your current consent state and allows you to change or withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Your Choices

When required, nonessential technologies are disabled until you make a choice. When you first visit the Site, a consent banner allows you to allow all cookies, allow only the categories you select, or deny all nonessential cookies. Necessary technologies remain enabled so that the Site stays secure and functional.

You can review, change, or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices link in the Site footer, or through the cookie declaration in Section 4. Your choice may be tied to a browser or device, so you may need to choose again on another browser or device or after deleting cookies.

Effect of rejecting or withdrawing consent. Declining or withdrawing consent for ResQ to collect, use, or process information through cookies and similar technologies may materially affect our ability to provide all or part of the Site, the Services, or a feature you have requested, and in some cases may mean that a Service cannot be provided at all. Functions such as saved preferences, scheduling, chat, video, form delivery, lead and call attribution, conversion measurement, and personalization may be degraded or unavailable. Strictly necessary technologies will continue to operate so that the Site remains secure and functional.

Where legally required, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

6. Browser and Provider Controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working. Advertising providers may also offer their own settings or industry opt-out tools. Provider controls do not replace ResQ's preference center and may operate separately.

7. Server-Side Measurement

Some conversion and attribution information may be transmitted from ResQ systems rather than directly from a browser, including through conversion APIs, enhanced conversions, offline conversion uploads, or audience integrations. Where consent or an opt-out applies, we use your recorded choice to control corresponding server-side advertising processing as required by law.

Hashing an email address, telephone number, or other identifier does not necessarily make it anonymous. We treat hashed identifiers as personal information where required.

8. Retention

Cookie durations vary. Some are deleted when a browser session ends, while others remain for the period shown in the Cookiebot cookie declaration or until deleted. Consent records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to demonstrate and honor your choices, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

If you have questions about our retention practices, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@getresq.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our technologies, vendors, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Policy at resqai.com/cookies (or a successor location we identify) and revise the effective date. Where required, we will request consent again. By continuing to use the Site after an updated Policy takes effect, you accept that Policy.
