Cookie Policy
Get ResQ Ltd., Get ResQ US Ltd. and their subsidiaries | Effective date: July 28, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Get ResQ Ltd., Get ResQ US Ltd., and any of their subsidiaries (collectively, “ResQ,” “ResQ AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) use cookies and similar technologies on resqai.com and other websites that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. We may also use pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, call-attribution tools, and similar technologies. These technologies can recognize a browser or device, remember choices, support site functions, measure activity, attribute leads, and help deliver or measure advertising.
Some technologies are set directly by ResQ (“first-party”), while others are provided by vendors such as analytics, advertising, scheduling, video, chat, or call-tracking providers (“third-party”).
2. Why We Use These Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site; remember preferences; understand how people use the Site; diagnose errors; measure marketing and conversions; attribute leads and calls; prevent fraud; personalize experiences; and deliver or measure advertising, subject to applicable law and your choices.
3. Cookie Categories
Strictly Necessary. These technologies are required for core functions such as security, network management, consent records, form delivery, load balancing, and account authentication. Because the Site cannot operate properly without them, they generally cannot be disabled through our preference center.
Functional. These technologies remember choices and support enhanced features, such as language, region, scheduling, video, chat, or saved preferences. Disabling them may affect functionality.
Analytics. These technologies help us understand visits and interactions, measure performance, diagnose issues, and improve the Site. Depending on configuration, providers may receive device, browser, approximate location, page-view, interaction, campaign, and identifier information.
Advertising. These technologies help measure campaigns, attribute leads, limit or personalize ads, build audiences, and understand activity across sites or services. Depending on the technology and applicable law, their use may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.
4. Technologies and Providers We May Use
Depending on the Site's production configuration, providers may include CookiePro/OneTrust for consent management; Google for analytics, advertising, conversion measurement, remarketing, Consent Mode, and enhanced conversions; Meta for advertising and conversion measurement; LinkedIn, Reddit, and Microsoft for advertising or campaign measurement; and vendors used for website hosting, scheduling, video, chat, forms, customer relationship management, call tracking, and product analytics.
The authoritative list of cookies and similar technologies, including provider, purpose, category, and duration, appears in the CookiePro cookie table below. The list is generated from production scans and may change as we update the Site.
5. Your Choices
When required, nonessential technologies are disabled until you make a choice. You can select Accept All, Reject Nonessential, or manage individual categories in the CookiePro preference center. Strictly necessary technologies remain enabled.
You can review or change your selection at any time through the Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices link in the Site footer. Your choice may be tied to a browser or device, so you may need to choose again on another browser or device or after deleting cookies.
Where legally required, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.
6. Browser and Provider Controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working. Advertising providers may also offer their own settings or industry opt-out tools. Provider controls do not replace ResQ's preference center and may operate separately.
7. Server-Side Measurement
Some conversion and attribution information may be transmitted from ResQ systems rather than directly from a browser, including through conversion APIs, enhanced conversions, offline conversion uploads, or audience integrations. Where consent or an opt-out applies, we use your recorded choice to control corresponding server-side advertising processing as required by law.
Hashing an email address, telephone number, or other identifier does not necessarily make it anonymous. We treat hashed identifiers as personal information where required.
8. Retention
Cookie durations vary. Some are deleted when a browser session ends, while others remain for the period shown in the CookiePro cookie table or until deleted. Consent records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to demonstrate and honor your choices, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technologies, vendors, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Policy and revise the effective date. Where required, we will request consent again.
